RECRUITMENT – CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (FEMALE PREFERRED)

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to support and assist customers in the trading and industrial automation sector.

Receive and process customer orders, respond to inquiries, and follow up on related information.
Provide consultation and answer customer inquiries regarding the company's products and services.
Verify customer information.
Receive and handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and effectively.
Monitor customer satisfaction and support the development of future customer needs.
Process customer-related forms, documents, and requests.
Record and update customer feedback, complaints, and corrective actions taken.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and high-quality customer support.
Follow up with and provide after-sales customer care.

Female, Vietnamese nationality, aged between 23 and 30.
Experience in customer service; candidates with experience in the trading industry are preferred.
Experience using management systems such as SAP/ERP is an advantage.
Knowledge or background in electronics or industrial automation is an advantage.
Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, quick to learn, and willing to take initiative.
Strong teamwork spirit and customer service orientation.
Careful, patient, and able to work under high pressure.
