RECRUITMENT – ADHESIVE & TAPE SALES

Do you have B2B sales experience and want to develop your career in industrial materials, adhesive solutions, and technical tapes?

We are looking for candidates for the position of Adhesive & Tape Sales to support industrial projects and customers in the Vietnam market.

Develop and implement business plans to optimize sales revenue and profitability.
Identify new customers and expand the customer base and new market segments.
Maintain and grow sales with existing customers within the assigned territory.
Monitor and coordinate the resolution of daily customer-related business issues.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer requirements and ensure on-time order fulfillment.
Update order status between customers and the production department.
Work with OEM customers to understand their requirements and expand business opportunities.
Collaborate with the Customer Service team to increase the conversion of new business opportunities.
Manage and update customer data, quotations, sales records, and contact information.
Coordinate with the technical team to develop customized products based on customer requirements.
Participate in meetings, conferences, and sales events.
Support the management and evaluation of distributors or channel partners when required.
Report and update marketing plans and periodic sales forecasts.
Represent the image of 3M & A-SUNG within the industrial sector.
Comply with the company's quality and safety standards.
Travel on business when required to work with and support customers.

Male/Female, under 40 years old.
At least 4 years of sales experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong work management skills and the ability to work independently.
Good teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
Strong communication, persuasion, and value-based selling skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with good Chinese communication skills.
Proactive in learning and adopting new knowledge and solutions.
Practical business mindset with a proactive approach to customer and work management.
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to achieving goals.
